Inbound logistics- The restaurant may purchase its raw materials and vegetables from a fixed, pre defined supplier thus practising a backward vertical integration.

Operations- installing speedy kitchens instead of traditional restaurant kitchens to make operations more efficient. Introducing KOT systems to keep track of reliability in operations from back end to front end.

Outbound logistics- focussed on providing the best quality of food as well as services by conserving energy and curb wastage of resources.

Marketing and sales- Using TV, radio, newspapers, billboards, pamphlets and sponsoring events(shows, sports).

Services- providing free internet connectivity, Birthday and anniversary gifts, organising parties for kids etc.
