Describe an occurrence of unethical leadership in an organization. What motivated the unethical act? Explain whether the unethical behavior was driven by personal greed or for some other reason. An unethical act has example of Yes Bank a large private bank led by CEO Rana Kapoorbin India was found offering loans to unchecked buyers and was responsible in fudging of accounts to keep investors ambiguous.

It was driven more by personal greed to achieve higher wealth and under the table commission.

Leader is not effective if he behaves unethically as he demonstrates bad impression and leaves motivation for others to act immorally and unethically and whuch is disastrous to organisation causing inappropriate behaviour inbfuture
