The customers needs and requirements have changed over the past one decade making businesses to compete while trying to satisfy their needs. This creates unhealthy competition among businesses as they try to outdo each other. This results to violation of the Competition Law.

By competiing to satisfy these needs they end up producing goods of low quality, therefore, violating the Trade Violation Act.

With the high cost of living, businesses find it difficult to provide safe health benefits, safe premises and machinery therefore violating the Health and Safety at Work Act.

In the past few years there has been a lot of corruption cases making employees to be treated unfairly. Employers end up paying them different salaries yet they do equal work. They violate the Equal Pay Act.
