The current medical system will be able to maintain at a certain rate is major question. It will provide all the benefits to the patient to improve the quality of life. it also will act according to the act and provide the treatment options at affordable cost. but in case of major surgies that are to be performed by forgein deligates or by experienced persons it will take extra costs which cannot be covered by insurances in that case the current medical system will not act according to the affordable act.
