Answer: One of the major goals of the ACA is to reduce the number of uninsured people in the United States. This can be achieved through several implementation such as by encouraging the emoloyers to provide healthcare coverage to the employees. Increasing the Medicaid by reducing the eligibility criteria to cover most of the people.

At present people are more concerned with the health care coverage. Although this across is for the people to get themselves insured, but the premium rates are still high and most of the people are unable to cooperate with it. People are fined, if they don't have health insurance coverage etc. These are the excessive burdens specially on the people having low income.
