- We should promote and advertise the Gondolas in order to attract more customers. We can have retired Gondoliers informing tourists about Venice city, history, tours.

Impact:

- Increase the revenue for Gondoliers and Gondola craftsman, also increase the revenue for music bands, and other sellers complimentary with Gondolas.
