Describe some common problems or issues that new employees face when they start a new job at a new organization

There are a lot of issues faced by a new employee at a new organzation. Some of them are-

1) A new employee first of all is not familiar to anything in the new organization.

2) A new employee takes time to be used to to the organization.

3) At the beginning he is not familiar with the rules and regulations of the company.

4) Another important thing is a new employee must take care of his working as in the organization there are many people who do not like a new entry in the organization and try to do something like he gets thrown out the organizations.

5) Also in the organization people deal with the politics and try to play dirty games with the other employee. So new employee must take care of such kind of things and keep him away from such things.

6) Sometimes people target the new employee in these matters and if he gets into it then he get targeted by his boss and may face issues for that.

7) Also a new employee takes some time to get used to the new organization as it is possible that wherever he is working earlier might have a different work culture compared to the new one.

These are few problems that are faced by a new employee in a new organization.
