Answer #1

When we want to influence people with our concepts and strategies we use the term persuasion. We have to make them to accept our idea or plan to implement and should not force them to accept our ideas. The term purely used to convince the group with our smoothly actions.

Here the term clearly sugget deception not dishonesty as the word persuasion is closely related with deception. The word dishonest itself tells us that untruthful which we should not follow.

The positive aspects of persuasion : We have different types of persuasion that depends on the place and position. for example- If we are in a business metting and we have to impress our clients we will use our positive persuasion by showing our previous projects in order to get business from them.

In the same way in marketing when we have to sell or implement a product in the market we will explain all the positive uses of the product. As no one will buy if we tell the truth in order to gain business.

There are so many ads which we can see in our daily life there is so much positivity of the product in order to best sell of the product.Still they does not meet the user criteria they will be out in the market for use.

for example- Alcohol causes liver malfunction, but still the liquor companies discovers different brands to reach the common people because of the positive persuasion.

Negative aspects of persuasion : As there are different types of positive persuasions in the same way we have different shades of negative persuasions.

We can use the above same examples in order to convert negative persuasions.Negative persuasions states that we have to share our competitors weakness in order to gain or elevate our business.

For example- The same alcohol example we use to define the negative persuasion creating fear like if you won't drink alochol your mind wont get relaxation and to gain wait you have to take daily some quantity of alcohol etc.

My Personnel experience: I experienced both negative and positive persuasion when I was in college.Me along with my friend did different projects both were explaining about our projects which we did he was telling all positive and negative shades of my project at the same time I am telling the positive and negative about his project in order to convince the lecturer to accept our projects.
