Human resource planning - human resource planning department of
the organization is concerned with planning the staff members of
the organization in terms of their roles and responsibilities. The
role of each of the team members must be clearly identified and
they must be held accountable for their roles and responsibility.
The employees must be regularly evaluated based on the performance
and their performance must be regularly measured in order to find
the deviation from the set standards.
Many company also have the policy of contracting out the key staff
members. The staff members are hired by a third party which is an
expert in Human Resource Management and they can find out the right
candidate which fit into the the culture of the company and has the
right expertise in successfully operating of the company. The human
resource agency to whom the contract is given for hiring purpose
generally are given the responsibility of hiring the people at the
senior level, who are not easily available and require high
competency.
Building a strong team and motivating the members is a key
component for success of the organization. Building a strong team
requires continuous effort put in by the team members. They have to
regularly keep a watch on finding the best candidates in the
available market and give them the right offers in terms of salary
compensation so that they join the company. Once the candidate has
been brought into the company giving him the right kind of
training, so that he fits into the organization culture and can
perform at the optimum level for the company.
The importance and plan for customer loyalty are discussed
below-
1.If the customer is loyal it helps the company in increased
turnover and profitability.
2. If the customer is loyal he will surely spread word of mouth
publicity in order to attract new customers.
3. The importance of customer loyalty is also that customers will
give regular feedback of where the improvement can be done in terms
of the product and services of the company, so that the product
does not fail in the future.
The plan for customer loyalty is that companies must take regular
feedback of the product from the customers and the the signals
received by the customer in terms of product improvement must be
adopted as early as possible, so that the company can make
necessary changes and the customer Loyalty program can be build
up.
