When we are addressing a community or a nation or for some social cause , we can give an explanantion on the issue we are going to discuss and the main content of the message. We can include an explanation when the topic social awareness or it is a social meeting . Community meetings often have such messages where people get to know each other and they work on a same cause. Such explanantions or socialization is not seen in business meetings and gatherings .
