Answer #1

Mobile marketing. It is an online marketing channel at a specific target audience through their mobile phones, tablets. The technique is focused on reaching customers through email, SMS, MMS, social media, and mobile applications.

The indirect approach for the complex message is followed for bad news message and for the persuasive message. When conveying unpleasant news, the message should be worded tactfully and try to minimize the disappointment of the reader. Since the bad news should be de-emphasized, it is better to place this at the end, rather than at the beginning of the letter

It can be difficult to use the indirect approach for a complex message that will be read on a mobile device, because mobile messages are best interpreted when they are short, simple, and direct. There tends to be confusion when people use an indirect approach in messages that will be read on mobile devices, because it is left up to the reader to interpret the meaning of the message which can be different than the intended message. Also, messages on mobile devices should be simple and focused, because the user usually does not have the patience for something complex, so it is best to avoid delivering a complex message if you know it will read on a mobile device and use a different medium.
