Generational differences contribute in our analysis of the individuals’ work satisfaction: Yes it is true that generation differences contribute for the job satisfaction. The old generation people is satisfied with his job at the age of 56 years also, as he is getting good salary and he is enjoying with work and job.
The current generation people is not satisfied with his current job and he has the impression that his salary is low and he do not see future growth and career aspirations in corporate world.
The new generation person is happy initially as he is learning the work, but soon he will be dissatisfied as he will think that he is not getting good salary in near future.
“Ethical Reasons” affect the work satisfaction of people: Ethics is main base for job satisfaction and people gets the understanding of their job satisfaction based on the ethics they have developed. Ethics only helps the people to understand what is right and what is wrong. When we knew that we are doing a right things then our satisfaction level increases and when we knew that we are doing a wrong thing, then our satisfaction level is decreasing.
