When a breach of contract occurs in real estate the other part have some remedies like

1. Filing a case on the party who breached the contract and claiming for the rights on the property .We can claim our share fo the propertyor the complete property .

2. Demanding for the damages to be paid and cancelling the contract. In this we can take money from the perty and cancel the contract and settle the issue.This remedy is generally followed in breach of contract when it comes to real estate.

3. We can also demand any favour other than monetory payments like allowing for the utilisation of the property or getting into some other agreement which is acceptable for both the parties.
