Blogging helps us reach more number of people and is less costly when compared to web conferencinng. Web conferencing requires equipment at both the ends and not many people can be reached at once. Blogs can be used when the information needs to be passed to public at once while web conferencing can be used for meetings . In a company when we use blogs and web conferencing together we can develop good communication culture as people get chance to express themselves as well as the information reaches everyone.
