Problem solution matrix template is missing. However, use the following information to fill it.

1. Find a problem in your work place, it can be delay in processing of customer application form. Dirty canteen, employees coming late to office etc.

2. Find multiple solutions for the problem for example, for delay in processing of customer application form can be solved by hiring another customer service representative, creating an online application processing website, redesigning the process and traning the current employees for increasing the processing speed.

Rate the solutions and find the total score. The highest score option should be selected.
