Homework Answers

Answer #1

Yes, there is no doubt in the fact that organizations who focus on safety and health in a workplace actually create as difference because safety in a workplace is a very basic demand of an employee and the employer should be able to provide that. Generally there are very few aspects in a business which is required by employees and safety and security is a primary requirement because employees generally expect these from the organization. The quality of work environment actually makes a difference because if the work environment is not as per the expectation and there is a probability that the employees may get affected by the same, then it is obvious that employees may not prefer tow or in such conditions, hence I believe that the cost spend to accomplish the same is worth it because it provides the organization with a competitive advantage over its competitors that helps the organization possess and upper hand that will establish employee satisfaction.
