Is it a misrepresentation when an employer has an employee to sign a written waiver if injured on the job and then verbally assures that the employer will take care of the employees if they are injured?

True it is unfair and misrepresentation, when an employer has an employee to sign a written waiver if injured on the job and then verbally assures that the employer will take care of the employees if they are injured because verbal assurance has no importance only written communication valid.

The employee must understand why the company signs a liability waiver and before going to sign a liability waiver the two main things need to analyzed The document should be in written form that you have been warned of potential risks and remove their responsibility for injuries that arise from ordinary negligence.
