Answer #1

The public policy exceptions are required to be expanded and necessary to be increased for the sake of LGBT employees as per the recent decision by the honorable Supreme Court. On the side of LGBT, the court has taken a right decision to get a right place in their range of the community. The LGBT employees always revert back with a negative attitude from the society and they are highly neglected when they try to engage with the same gender. The LGBT people face much discrimination when they choose or adopt their own decisions in the society. From their families to employers there is less who accompanies them to their own decisions for marrying the same gender.

To protect them to undertake their own decisions for the same gender group marriages, the Supreme Court has given the right to the LGBT employees to take their own decision on behalf of them so that they get the opportunity to position themselves in the society without neglecting from any major discrimination. Legalizing the act is going to make LGBT people obtain the respect in the society as it was not allowed previously to make their choice in the society. The exceptions for LGBT employees will enhance them to function better in the society as they will get the full freedom to take their life’s decision and the society should not create any barred anyway. The discrimination and neglecting factors will also be overcome in the society and people across the society will start to accept LGBT people decision. This will allow LGBT people to work and stay in a healthy fashion, it will enrich the coordination to work equally and will maintain an equal attitude towards them.
