In addition to receiving a friendly greeting, what are your expectations pre-service, point of service and after-service? What factors would discourage you from using a healthcare facility in your community?

1. At pre-service, you may expect proper guidance, diagnosis/prognosis, trustworthiness, list of service, customer feedback/review.

2. At point of service, you may expect proper guidance, room service, nurse service, room amenities, proper patient care, proper treatment, ease of payment and ease of clearance processes.

3. After service, you may expect preservation of records, post hospitalization guidance and support, nurse service.

Factors that may discourage use of healthcare facility are:

1. Improper service by doctor, nurse or administrative staff, ambulance.

2. Unhygenic conditions, unavailability of proper equipments or specialized doctors.

3. Bad customer reviews related to service or product offered.

4. Exorbitant price, sanitization issue, data security issue, inconvenience in dealing staffs, doctors and other members.
