Hi jack,
This email is to inform you about your performance and to make you realise that your efforts are valuable to the firm and your contribution is necessary for the growth of the business. For a past couple of months your performance is not upto the standard and you are failing to meet the time and work constraints.
As a department manager it is my responsibility to keep your performance high and to keep you motivated. I would like to hear if any problem you are facing or any stressful situations you are going through in your professional or personal life.
I would want you to consider the following work plan to improve your performance and want you to communicate if you are under any adverse circumstances.
* Monday-friday: full working day, no late attendance shall be approved.
