I'm as a marketing manager and have been asked by the company I work for to identifying a target market (consumer of business) whose need are not currently being met, not being met satisfactorily or even recognized. Marketing managers also should think about competitive offerings, and how their offering will be communicated and delivered. Emphasis could be on the solution being actionable and realistic.
7. Discuss product concept which is the idea that consumers will favor products that offer the most quality, performance, and innovative features for which the organization should therefore devote its energy to making continuous improvements.
The target market would be used product selling from different amazon users to different people across globe.This kind of product service has been launched and operated by other organization as well but given the amazon good supply chain managemnt system, its global presense and good strategic managemnt system it can offer the service to many customer which will be a disruptive bussiness for many other organization.
There will be social branding of the product and bussiness and the feedback will be sought and based on that feedback new improvements in bussiness will take place. This will cover a different class section of the customers and will help in maximizing profit.
