1) Why didn't Barnum and Bailey create the Cirque de Soleil?

Barnum and Bailey have struggled a lot to reinvent Cirque de Soleil. In less than twenty years since its creation, Cirque du Soleil has achieved a level of revenues that took Ringling Bros.As Video games are emerging rather than a visit to the traveling circus it became a result that the industry was suffering from steadily decreasing audiences and, in turn, declining revenue and profits.

These are considered as the main reasons for struggling to create the Cirque de Soleil by Barnum and Bailey.
