Poor project management is something that is not at all expected and is very much difficult to manage as well because it may lead to various issues that may effect the working and functioning of the organization. The critical issues that may get developed are:

1. The project may fail to achieve its objectives and may also fail to deliver the results that are expected from the project.

2. The employees may no longer be able to remain motivated in such an environment.

3. The organization may lose reputation because of this failure and if the impact is high then that is quite possible.

4. There may be financial loss and even degradation of relationship with the client.
