Answer #1

The objective of a warrant used in legal proceedings by the police department is to protect the rights of human beings, as per the fourth amendment of the US constitution it is mentioned that all the residents of the United States of America are protected by the activity of the unreasonable search, seizure and arrest and therefore the police department needs to issue the warrant which will depict that they are allowed to search the property and will have the right to seize anything that is illegal along with the arrest of the owner of the property as he or she will be held liable in case of any illegal possession.
