Answer #1

If the customer is very much analytical in approach, then the following observation can be done that are:

1 Calculative- They are very much calculative, and before looking around anything, they analyze every aspect, whether negative or positive. They try to figure out everything deeply before running into a conclusion.

2 Assembled- They need everything to be perfect and at the right place and at the right time. They want everything to fall in a procedure or system so that no chance of incompletion of any task.

3 Observative- They tend to notice every big and small notice around them and remember each detailing on working and other things.

Approaches to handle analytical customer are as follows:

1 Presenting them the real and genuine facts and figures then they are not tough to handle

2 Providing them with the best service with perfection will satisfy them and make them believe.

3 Showing actual demos may help in convincing them.

4 Showing them graphs, comparison , numbers and clear intention will help in selling
