Answer #1

The Management Information System being used in the Coca Cola is a specialised software which is used by the whole firm as an integrative and interactive management system that is effectively designed to analyse and organise the data in an effective and reliable manner. The primary purpose served by the same management information system is to raw seizure the data into the information that is useful and can be used to make effective decisions in the organisation for the serve management purpose.

In the company of Coca Cola, the senior staff and the information system managers are generally kept responsible for having the duty to implement the technology within the same organisation, support all the specialists and the computer related workers and helps in directing the system work to integrate and work together. The upper management helps in understanding the data and integrate the same data into the information and then communicating the same to the whole company to make effective and better decisions for better performance.

The essential features of the same management information system are its integrated approach, external and internal factors, helps in connecting every department of Coca Cola and thus helps in better performance as Coca works for geographic departmentalisation. This MIS helps to connect various functions and regions together to make sure better connectivity and network could be maintained for better decision making, informational analysis of the data and better growth.

The recommendations I would like to offer Coca Cola would be based on more interactive approach by including the middle as well as lower managers as well. The MIS should be made more flexible in the company to make sure more people could participate in it, more encouragement and enhancement could be given to the people and thus an inclusive environment could be created fostering the flexibility and growth.
