Vienna Sales Convention, 1980 is a contract about the International Sales of goods. It enjoys a reputation in the world for establishing the rules and procedures for the international sales of goods. The companies in different countries, and have a contract have to abide by the rules under this convention. The nationality does not matter because it applies to the entire world, as the convention ensures complete freedom and liberty to the parties in international transactions. The rules tend to ignore and avoid any discrimination between the parties. The parties of different countries need to follow a standard set of rules. All the countries in the world have different rules and regulations for the transaction of their products. For example, India's tax rate might be less than the tax rates in the United States. It is because of the differences in the development level of the two countries. The United Kingdom should also adopt the Vienna Sakes Convention, 1980. It is because it will help the companies in that country to stay on par with the other companies in different countries. However, the country has not ratified the convention because the ministers do not think that this convention's ratification is not legally necessary. The ratification will require more legislative priorities and standing in various queues. The ministers were not in this favor, and hence, they did not ratify the convention.
