independent and the self-sustaining power of the leader. The
autocratic leaders would always make decisions by themselves
without even consulting the others. They think they are the main
authority for taking the decisions and also rely on the zero or
little input for the subordinates. Basically this type of
leadership can be seen when there are fresher candidates or
inexperienced employees. The leader makes all the decision and he
is also the charge of the rules, processes, and methods, etc.
