Ethical dilemmas are the problems in decision making when all the options available are ethically unacceptable. Anything unethical means against the principles, code of conduct, morals and values of the company.

Too much communication can make the communication more tricky and sometimes it could become difficult to take a decision based on too much availability of information. Also the more communication there is, it sometimes makes the communication ineffective.

However, updating every employee about work situations everyday does not create ethical dilemma. Every employee must be aware about the ongoing work situations and they have to remain updated to carry on their work activities in the right direction.
