Leaders with integrity apply principles such as fairness, respect, and the greater good to balance individual and group well-being. To succeed, leaders must act ethically to serve the larger good. They must not just to obey the law but encourage others to take socially responsible action. They challenge what they consider unethical decisions and actions and take action to benefit others not just themselves. They recognize and reward others based on merit not on politics. They make fair decisions, even if they negatively impact themselves. They take steps to reduce environmental harm. Are there any experts in the scholarly literature who would support these principles?

There are so many researchers and experts in the scholarly literature who would support the same written leadership approach and the practices that has to be followed. Research papers written by Larson, 2012; Watson, 2002; Mumford, 2000 talks about how the performance of the employees are being guided by the ethical performance and the integrity shown by the leaders together. This talks about encouragement and creating such a holistic environment where the culture is maintained and developed towards the growth of individual as well as organisational perspective of goals.

On the other hand, (Simon, 2014; Shepherd, 1994, Pearce et al. 2009) in their research papers and literally exploration talks about the importance of rewards and how these rewards play an intrinsic and extrinsic role for motivating the people towards an enriched and directional performance of growth and stability.
