Answer #1

Answer 3= Sustainability can be defined as the ability of the organization to have a long term existence. The main objective of any kind of firm is to have a very long existence.

Workforce diversity can be seen as the situation where the company has the employees and the manpower belonging to the different backgrounds, gender, ethnicity, culture, language, and so on. This is quite important for the firm as it provides the company with an added competitive advantage

Business ethics can be defined as the type of applied ethics or the professional ethics that can be used to evaluate and judge the moral and ethical principles and issues that can be encountered by the firm in the business environment. These principles are applied at both the organizational and employee level

Effect on the management of change= The concept of sustainability plays a major role in the managing of the change as the company has to change itself as per the prevailing environment situation and if it does not get changed, the sustainability of the firm may be under a question mark. Thus in order to ensure the sustainability of the firm, it is important that the company manage the forces of the external and internal environment efficiently.

Change management is also affected greatly by the diversity of the manpower. Greater the diversity of the manpower, more efforts will be required by the management to promote the change in the organization as due to diverse backgrounds, the different employees will have different concerns to manage.

Ethical considerations are equally important in the change management as the firm must take into account the positive and negative impact of the probable changes on the different groups. The change management must be ensured in such a way that the different parties are not affected adversely

In the work organization, it can be applied by having the change management committee and the team of highly empowered executives which have to consider all these changes from the different aspects and make sure that the changes are implemented in a timely manner and by taking the different employees on board and not to hurt the interest of any employee of stakeholders severely.
