BJT sta for transistor bipolar junction. It is also known as a controlled appliance. The current is controlled by inlut current as the output current. The FET is Field Effect Trailer, however. Whereas. The voltage controlled device is knlw, too. Both devices consist of magerials PNP kr NPN. In BJT, when the device is on, the current flows from the collector to the emitter. The same case is also observed for FET, but the source is crossed by a channel. In FET most carriers will flow only, but in BJT, they will flow to both most monlrity carriers.
