Question

What is the purpose of interaction diagrams?

Answer #1

The interaction diagrams are the models that show how a group of objects come together or collaborate in some behaviour to form a single use case. It basically shows the information flows from object to the other in the use case. The main purpose is to visualise the behaviour of the system being studied. The some of the other purposes of interaction diagrams are:

To capture the behaviour of the system

To identify the message flow

To define the structural organisation of the objects

To define the interaction among the objects

What are the four interaction energies accounted for by extended
DLVO theory? For each interaction, list whether they are
attractive and/or repulsive. If the interaction can be
both attractive and repulsive, state why. At what ranges
are these interactions relevant?

We have learned about tree diagrams and venn diagrams. Explain
in your own words what each of these are and how they are helpful
when calculating probability. Then post a problem that your
classmates can solve using one of these two methods and respond to
one of their questions as well.
