The information system can even be compared to the standards of the best maintained by the industry and any bugs in the same should be fixed.

4. Number of complaints received:

It's effectiveness can also be analysed through the declining number of complaints received.

5. Audit or control check of information system

A strict control check of the system as per the standards can be done to ensure efficiency.
