We can use the Information system to cope with the forces of the customer by lowering their power in the system and allowing them to only have access to some of the data or the system . Customer influence increases if they can quickly turn to the goods and services of a rival, or if they can compel a company and its rivals to compete on price alone in a open environment where there is no product competition and all costs are automatically understood , so to cope withe forces of customer we need to have the control over the suppliers for the price change and serve the customer with best and we need to substitute products and services , which can be used by the customer if pricess of the product goes higher.
