1. organizational structure gives a basic flow or process of things from high level to low level. Firms will be chosen structure based on their process, need, flexibility, and many other things. when it comes to Walmart, the typical structure they followed is functional organizational structure, which the structure is designed on the basis of functions. the activities are carrying by walmart based on :(http://panmore.com/walmart-organizational-structure-organizational-culture)

2. walmart select the suppliers who lend their services to walmart based by considering many aspects. Once they picked suitable suppliers, they provide proper training to those supplers by walmart. Hence, the major factors they consider to pick a supplier are as follows:

  • who are more responsible and dedicated towards the work
  • knowledgable about supply chian risks
  • who can monitor the conditions of supply chain
