HR functional areas: Recruiting: It is supposed to clear with the candidate about the role and responsibilities, compensation and other facilities at the organization and there should be ultimate clarity on everything. Sometimes HR team failed to explain everything to the employee which result in dissatisfaction and employee leave the organization,
Compensation and benefit: There should be clarity on this and HR team ensure that if a person is taking up the job offer, he or she is satisfied with it and should explain the candidate about the compensation and benefits policies. These things if not explained in a correct way may lead to attrition.
