  • Algorithms: step wise formula for problem solving may be doing in computer science where a person would be trying to solve a computer program.
  • Heuristics: this is the general problem solving framework, which is generally observed in mathematics, where or chemistry, where one would derive the formula and solve problems based on a specific framework.
