I thank everyone who are associated with my research “Gender Discrimination in workforce” for their contribution. First and foremost I would like to thank God for everything.

I am so grateful to ______ university for providing me this opportunity. This topic of gender discrimination in workforce has deep rooted in the society and having this opportunity to unveil this topic was a blessing.

I offer my sincerest gratitude to my Dr. ______, Professor and Director ______ Management Institute, Ohio; who provided me with all the guidance, support, and directed me throughout this journey and to, Dr. & Prof_____ ; Management department, _______University, Ohio and ex vice-chancellor. for his concern and constructive feedback.

I am also deeply thankful to my informants for their tremendous support during this time. I want to acknowledge and appreciate their help and transparency during my research.

As data collection was a major part of my research project. I thank all the respondents who took the initiative and time to provide me candid feedback to my survey questions.

I extend sincere thanks to the ________ Management Institute, Ohio Secretary, who offered me such a huge opportunity, incredible infrastructure and other support which made my journey during reseach quite smooth.
