Golden Rule

This rule means “Treat others as the way you want them to treat you”

This rule focused on Rule of ethical business practises both towards employee and customer.

If Organization treat employees well, understand and appreciate their concerns, they will revert in the same way positively and revert organization concern which is GOAL.

Satisfied employees are real assets of the Company, they will be self-driven, motivated and will put their best efforts to satisfy the customers which is the ultimate target for business.

Small recognition awards, rewards, incentives motivate them a lot.

If Organization really pays regards to this Golden Rule, reputation of the Organization increases and if they don’t pay attention to it, it decreases. If you treat the employees in the same way you want them to give treatment, they will be happy and loyal towards the organization and do their work efficiently with full enthusiasm.
