- Also monitor for electrolytes, blood glucose level,hypokelemia or hyperglycemia.

-Monitor for intake output, weight.

- Assess for hypertension and also assess for medical history of diabetes, glucoma, cataract, peptic ulcer and any mental health disorder.

- If our patients is old than assess for osteoporosis.

- Teach the patient that medication intake best time is early morning always.

- Eat high pottasium diet.

- Warn the patient that not stop medication abruptly it cause more stress or results severe adrenal insufficiency.

- Always monitor for side effects, complication of this medications such as vomiting, diarrhea, fever.

- Also consult for low blood pressure, cramping, palpitations, changes in mental status.

- Always wear medical alert bracelets and regular follw up physicians.
