Yes, I think the employers and hospitals have right to provide or check the vaccination status of their employee to keep them safe. When more people together work there is a chance of getting infections especially in hospitals health workers come in contact with many patient with different disease. So it is necessary to mandate employee vaccination.

Yes, school health nurses take responsibility to check the vaccination status of every student to promote better health status. Moreover some vaccination need to be taken in specific ages to get its right action. So schools should record the vaccination status and provide vaccination which should be given in school age.
