John is an employee at your company who other coworkers have complained to you about, in your capacity as their supervisor. They claim he is consistently lazy, does not do his part in group projects, and often lounges at the water cooler several times a day, except at 10:30 AM when you are making your rounds on the warehouse floor. What problem does this remind you of, and how could you go about solving it?

The problem which reminds me of according to the given situations will be -

• Employees will feel underappreciated which will lead to low morale for working overtime
• Employees may start fleeing and department's productivity will fall
• Mr john who is a supervisor will blame on other employees working under him for low productivity so as to clear his image

Solution -

• If it was me i can solve it by not just by making particular round in the office at 10:30 , rather random round at the office should be made to keep an eye on the office
• Employees can even complaint about higher officials directly to me
• An employee should be appointed to keep an eye on the supervisor for his job performance
