Answer #1

Answer : When providing feedback to a collegue one should be very specific and positive. It should be given in positive way that will reinforce the positive behaviour. One should show the deep level of empathy while giving the feedback. Praise for his good work, it will encourage the desired behaviour. Tell him just your observation and not your inference over him. While communicating descriptive language should be used. If it is a crirticism it should be in a constructive way.
