Now that you've had several writing assignments reviewed by me, consider the feedback and notes that you've received. Was it difficult to digest the tips and criticisms? How did you weigh whether certain advice was worth taking or discarding? As criticism is sometimes difficult to receive, offer any tips or advice that you've used and developed in your own educational experience. For your responses to others this week, reflect on their tip(s), and consider how you might apply them to your own writing processes. If you have potential improvements to their suggestions, include them.

The overall feedback is considered to be constructive as it suggest positive opininons about the work assignments being submitted. A person's assertiveness and self esteem would determine the way to deal with the critism whether it is constructive or destructive. This guided me to improve my weak areas of working habits and to meet the expectations. A work related criticism provided by a superior must be taken with a positive attitude and steps must be taken to increase the productivity in terms of work. Tips to others on writing an assignment would be that a wriiten assignment must follow simple and comprehensive language, focused on content required by the reader, free from plagiarism and jargon, well-explained. The content wriien must be specific and appropriate to the question asked and should not deviate from the topic.
