  • The main goal, is to rule out co- existing ethology cal factors for patient's current health condition & to provide appropriate care and treat accordingly.
  • The medical scribe should plan to assess about​​​ type of diet intake, medical and surgical history of family members,lifestyle habits,economic status, hygiene level,total number of family members,any recent communicable disease for one of the family members ,routine family health check ups & laboratory tests , Immunization charts of children in family and knowledge regarding health care.
  • Finally the evaluation should be based on all the criteria which favours patient's treatment and recovery.
