(a) Disaster:-
Diaster refers to a low probability but high impact scenario that cause ,number of people to become ill or injured. As per the standards of international federation of red cross, defines it as an event that causes more than 10 deaths, affecting large population or geographical area.
Our Local hospital faced 'tornado situation.

(b) Yes, hospital has faced same type of situation in the past.
(c) yes, the hospital was prepared to respond appropriately to tornado at a local scale.
(d) As a risk manager following questions have to hospital management:-
-have we prepared for any disaster?
-have we sufficient vehicle , medical services, medicines, enough place, enough trained staff for emergency situations?
