Being the hospitals' donations and gifts manager , first of all I would appreciate the donor for such a big contribution towards the healthcare services especially oncology unit which requires most part of the funds allocated for overall services .I will make all the arrangements for legal paper works required for the same and get legal and ethical clearance and transfer the fund to the hospital oncology unit and a copy of the amount transferred receipt is given to the donor. No cultural issues are there in this contribution. Also the donor would be provided the details of the patients for those the fund was used .
