Mrs. Johnson has been admitted to the hospital to have surgery on her knee, but while doing her pre-op paperwork, she admits that she has had some headaches and dizzy spells.                    Mrs Johnson admits that she had headaches,dizzy spells and stomach upset and also diagnosed with angina.There are different types of angina . They are 1. stable angina 2. unstable angina 3. varient angina.

1) There are many drugs which helps to treat angina pectoris. They are beta blockers, calcium channel blockers,anticoagulants,nitrates,antiplatelet drugs,calcium channel blocker etc. Mrs Johnson probably takes nitroglycerin tablets such as aspirin,heparin or clopidogrel because it helps to improve blood flow of arteries.

2) Mrs johnson mostly suffering from unstable angina. It occurs at rest or with stress or exertion followed by stomach upset or indigestion, severe headaches, dizzy spells mainly seen in women.
