Pco2 - more than 45 mm Hg
Po2- less than 80 mm hg
PH - less than 7.35
Hco3 - more than 27 meq/ml
The level of pH is decreased so it is acidosis
The level of pco2 is increased which indicates problem with respiratory system
The bicarbonate levels are also increased
These three things suggest that the patient is experiencing Respiratory acidosis (Acute uncompensated respiratory acidosis )
